I want to pick up the e-bike locally in Southern California, what should I do?

We can arrange pick up from one of our California Locations! Just email us first so we can arrange timing.

What’s the working time of your store?

Our store opens Mon – Sat , from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Sundays are closed.

Will my BEEZ bike arrive assembled?
Your bike will arrive 85% assembled for transport requirements. We will provide the free tools and a comprehensive assembly video, so you can assemble your bike easily. If you have any questions during assembly, please contact us and our professional after-sales service will help you.
If the bikes' components are broken. Where should I come to repair it?
We will do stringent quality checks before shipping our e-bikes out. If by any chance there is an issue please contact us and tell us about your e-bike’s problem. We have local maintenance to help fix it. Or we will send you replacement parts, and you find a repair shop to repair, and we will bear the repair fee.
How long about the warranty time?
We offer 2-YEAR warranty, including frame, motor and electrical system.
If I don't want the bike, what should I do?
If by any chance you would like to return it, we will supply an address to accept your return for the order within 30 days. If the e-bike is in good condition, and it is the customer's reasons to want to return it, the shipping fee will be borne by the customer.
If I want to exchange (if applicable), what should I do?
We only replace items when they are defective or damaged. If you need to replace the same item, email sales@BeezBikes.com and send your item to our technical support address. The returned e-bike should be in good condition and will not affect our second sale.
Where I should return my bike?

To return your product, you should package up and mail your product directly to us. Please ask our customer service for the return shipping address. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Replacement product to reach you may vary depending on where you live. Replacements will be shipped from our California Warehouse.
